Legal Principle
The arbitration clause contained in a contract binds the parties exclusively with reference to disputes arising from that contractual relationship and cannot extend its effects to claims or procedural relationships relating to persons who are not parties to the contract or concerning legal relationships external to the contractual arrangement.
