The inadmissibility of a claim by reason of an arbitration clause submitting the dispute to informal arbitration is not detectable ex officio, but only upon exception by the interested party, which must be raised within the time limit provided by Article 167 of the Code of Civil Procedure for procedural and substantive exceptions not detectable ex officio.
