The existence of one clause turmoil not precludes the pronunciation of the decree injunction, not being the issue relative to the competence of the referees detectable ex officio by the judge invested of the proceed imcent per decree injunctive, ma imposes to the judge of the opposition, in case of opposition focused on the allegation of the existence of such clause, of declare the nullity of the injunctive decree opposite.
