The existence of one clause turmoil not precludes the pronunciation of the decree injunction, not being the renunciation to protection jurisdiction operated from the parties detectable of office by the judge invested of the PR Oceration per decree injunctive, ma imposes to the judge of the opposition, in case opposition focus on the attachment of the existence of such clause, of declare the nullity of the decree injunctive opposite.
