The failure appeal of the declinatory of competence of the judge ordinary and the consequent judged formatous on the competence of the referees precludes each discussion not only on the act that n n E is at the base (the clause compromise), but also on the ruling arbitration that n n n n n not constitute the development, where not contested for reasons more and different from those concerning the competence.
