Legal Principle
In the case of corporate arbitration provided for by a provision of the articles of association pursuant to Articles 838-bis et seq. of the Code of Civil Procedure, the president of the competent court appoints the members of the arbitral tribunal and designates the president of the tribunal on the application of the interested party.
