The arbitration clause contained in the articles of association, relating to disputes concerning corporate relationships, does not extend to disputes arising from shareholders' agreements lacking an arbitration clause, since disputes arising from breach of a shareholders' agreement do not directly concern the corporate relationship but the agreement itself, which constitutes a distinct and autonomous act separate from the articles of association.
