The co -presence, in the contract contract, of one clause compromise e of one clause on the hole not determines the prevalence of the competence of the judge ordinary, nor less the exclusion of that of the referee. the two provisions go therefore interpreted in harmonious way, recognizing the state state limited to areas subtracted to jurisdiction arbitral.
