An arbitration clause contained in the articles of association, which provides for the referral to arbitrators of disputes connected to the corporate contract, extends to disputes concerning a member's withdrawal from the company, including those relating solely to the determination of the value of the liquidation share, since the exercise of withdrawal simultaneously involves both the status of member and the proprietary right to liquidation of the value of the participation.
