Territorial jurisdiction for the appointment of the arbitral tribunal by the President of the Court is determined by the place where the company has its registered office, when the statutory arbitration clause provides for such method of designation of arbitrators for disputes between shareholders or between shareholders and the company concerning available rights relating to the corporate relationship.
