In the presence of an arbitration clause, the court seized in proceedings opposing a payment order must declare its lack of jurisdiction pursuant to Article 819-ter of the Code of Civil Procedure, having first revoked the order, the dispute being referred to the arbitrator's jurisdiction by virtue of the parties' contractual will.
