Court of Milan, 6 February 2026, No. 1067
Tribunale
di Milano
Legal Principle
For an arbitration clause to operate as a ground for the lack of jurisdiction of the ordinary court, it is necessary that the arbitration agreement identify with sufficient specificity the professional services to which it relates; a generic reference to the services rendered is not sufficient where the dispute concerns work not unambiguously referable to the content of the clause.
