The clause of arbitration contained in the statute social statute is opposable to the curator which acts ex art. 146 l.fall. With reference only action ex art. 2393 cod. Civ., Being of action social that place the curator in the same position of the company in bonis towards the administrators and i mayors, while not it is opposable to the curator that act ex art. 2394 cod. civ., being i creditors social strangers at ratio that is it instores between the company and its own bodies.
