Pursuant to Article 808-quater of the Code of Civil Procedure, the arbitration agreement must be interpreted, in doubt, in the sense that the jurisdiction of arbitrators is extended to all and only disputes which derive from the contract or relationship to which it refers, without however allowing such agreement to be effective also with regard to actions founded on titles different from the contract in which the arbitration agreement is agreed. The arbitration clause does not operate for disputes which, whilst connected with execution of the contract containing it, find foundation in autonomous and distinct juridical titles.
