In case of contracts connected (statute of company consortium, contract of foster care and contract of contract) and in the area a general and overall referral and reference at respective disciplines, the ci rcostanza che one these these contracts not contains a clause compromise, contained instead of the others, not to to attribute the cognition on the quarrels concerning such contract to the judge state.
