Legal Principle

In material of concessions of public services and in reference to compromising in referees of the relative disputes, concerning concessions front to the law n. 205 of 2000, is the Po Ssitability of recurrence to the arbitration, with consequent nullity of the clause compromise, existing the jurisdiction exclusive of the judge administrative to senses art. 5 of the law n. 1034 of 1971.
