The clause incomplete (when it grab a contracts that do not require the form writing ad substantiam) requires the form writing ad probationem, with the Ale test can be constituted by any attestation written about the existence of the mandate compromise, even if subsequent to agreed and a character merely reconnaissance, as long as, however, it is attributable to parts.
