Legal Principle
The termination of the contract by operation of the opening of judicial liquidation, pursuant to Article 186 of the Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency (Codice della crisi d'impresa e dell'insolvenza), in the absence of a declaration by the insolvency practitioner (curatore) of the intention to step into the contractual relationship, causes the arbitration clause contained in the contract to cease to have effect.
