Legal Principle
In enforcement proceedings based on an arbitral award, the notice to comply (precetto) must be served on the person who holds the status of debtor under the enforceable title, so that service effected on the legal representative of a debtor legal entity does not extend the enforcement obligation to the representative in their personal capacity.
