An arbitration clause contained in the articles of a partnership that merely refers disputes between partners and the company to arbitral jurisdiction, without providing anything in relation to interim relief, does not confer upon the arbitrators the power to grant interim measures; accordingly, jurisdiction to decide on an application for interim measures remains with the ordinary court.
