Where a statutory arbitration clause refers company disputes to arbitration under the rules of an arbitral chamber, the Court, pursuant to Article 810 of the Code of Civil Procedure, retains the power to appoint the arbitrators, selecting them from among professionals enrolled in the special list established at the judicial office in relation to specific matters, on the basis of criteria of suitability, experience and professional competence.
