An arbitration clause contained in condominium regulations which refers to an arbitral tribunal disputes relating to the application and interpretation of the regulations themselves does not operate with reference to challenges to assembly resolutions based on the alleged violation of statutory provisions concerning the constitution of the assembly and the validity of resolutions, as such complaints relate to the breach of provisions of the Civil Code and not to interpretative or applicative issues of a contractual nature.
