An insurance policy clause providing that, in the event of a disagreement over the nature or consequences of injuries, the matter shall be referred to a panel of physicians whose binding decision is confined to medical-technical findings, constitutes a contractual expert appraisal and not an arbitration agreement, with the result that an application for the appointment of an arbitrator under art. 810 of the code of civil procedure must be dismissed.
