The Questions that they tend A to do ascertain the nullity or the cancellation of a contract, i.e. the not correct execution of the ratio, with consequences in point of compensation of the damage, directly connected to the assessment of the vi zi assumptions, fall in the concept of any controversy inherent the validity, the efficacy e execution of the same contract, in respect to criterion interpretative extensive of which in art. 808-quater cod. proc. civ.
