Legal Principle
Where a party's signature on the arbitration agreement is found to be forged following verification proceedings, the arbitration clause cannot be regarded as governing the legal relations between the parties and, consequently, the objection to the jurisdiction of the ordinary court based on such clause must be dismissed, jurisdiction remaining with the ordinary courts.
