An arbitration clause inserted in the articles of association of a limited liability company, while having effect as between the company and its members, cannot automatically extend to third parties, nor to those who, at the time the dispute arises, do not hold the status of member, they lacking the subjective prerequisite to which the statutory provision attaches the operability of the arbitration agreement.
