In the case in le parts not they have specified with the clause compromise if it is arbitration ritual or irritation it is necessary to proceed to interpret ion of the clause compromise second i principles established by articles 1362 ss. cod. civ., search by reconstruct in concrete the will negotiale of the c otrants, on the base of the literal elements and evaluating the behavior overall, even subsequent to the conclusion of the contract, as well as keeping with to che the expressions ambiguous must be to be interpreted, in the doubt, in the sense more convenient to the nature and to the object of the contract (art. 1369 of the Italian Civil Code civ.).
