Legal Principle
Where a conflict of interest exists on the part of a party to arbitral proceedings, the appointment of a special curator (curatore speciale) pursuant to Articles 78 et seq. of the Code of Civil Procedure is admissible in order to ensure the representation of the party in the arbitral proceedings and in the acts connected therewith.
