Legal Principle
In the presence of an arbitration clause referring to arbitrators the cognisance of certain disputes, the ordinary court seised of a different dispute may not examine pleas the assessment of which would require entering into the merits of the issues reserved to the jurisdiction of the arbitral tribunal.
