The clause compromise which provides the possibility of refer to referees le controversies between i shareholders as well as those between the company and i shareholders, without more add, not can inclu Dere also the action of liability ex art. 2476 Cod. civ. promoted by the shareholder towards comparisons of the administrator, even if shareholder of the company, in as not expressly foreseen.
