Legal Principle

An award rendered in a dispute concerning public service concessions is subject to the regime of challenge under arts. 827 et seq. of the Code of Civil Procedure, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 40/2006, where the arbitration agreement was entered into after the entry into force of that decree.
