The provision which, absent contractual determination, ties the rate of statutory interest payable from the filing of the claim to the rate provided for by the special legislation on late payment in commercial transactions also applies to the act by which arbitral proceedings are commenced, limited to proceedings, whether judicial or arbitral, commenced after its entry into force.
