Art. 830 co. 2 second period Cod. Proc. Civ. Provides that, in the case in which the praise is canceled, between the other, per violation of the rules of right if a of the parts, at the date subscription of the convention ne of arbitration, lies o it has the own venue actual abroad, the courtyard appeal decides the dispute in merit only if the parts have thus established in the convention of arbitration or they make agreed request.
