Court of Appeal of Genova, decree of 27 July 2026 (R.G. 00000548/2026)

Upon application by the interested party, the court of appeal declares by decree, pursuant to artt. 839 and 840 cod. proc. civ., that the foreign arbitral award is immediately enforceable in the Italian Republic.
The decree declaring the foreign award enforceable must be served, by the applicant, on the party against whom the award is invoked, in the forms prescribed by law, and it may be challenged by way of opposition before the court of appeal in the forms and within the time limits laid down in art. 840 cod. proc. civ.
