The Reason of nullity of to which in art. 829, co. 1, n. 5 cod. Proc. Civ. Is constituted by the total absence of motivation or from not identity and not understanding of the ra tio decidendi o from contradictory nature which concerns the irreconcilability between garments of the device and not even between different parts of the motivation or between the motivation and the device.
